Master percussionist, singer, and songwriter Jesús Díaz, born in Cuba, has been a dominant force in the Bay Area for over a decade, playing and recording timba, rumba, and folkloric music with QBA, "Talking Drums" (with David Garabaldi and Michael Spiro) and in countless other high profile settings.
