Streaming Cuba Advances Online Presence of Cuban Music

ENGLISH:  Sometimes good things emerge from bad times. A couple of months ago, we mentioned that Streamingcuba, a collaborative effort  working with several entities in the music industry in Cuba, was bringing live miniature concerts and other events online via Facebook.  It has also begun to significantly expand the use of Skype, and this writer had the pleasure of being one of many participants in a Skype presentation of several albums entered in Cubadisco.

Going forward, there will be several more mini-concerts, and every Friday afternoon at 2pm Habana time, you will also be able to watch a presentation of more albums entered in Cubadisco 2020 at the Facebook Page of Streamingcuba,

ESPAÑOL: A veces surgen cosas buenas de los malos tiempos. Hace un par de meses, mencionamos que Streamingcuba, un esfuerzo de colaboración que trabaja con varias entidades en la industria de la música en Cuba, traía conciertos en miniatura en vivo y otros eventos en línea a través de Facebook. También ha comenzado a expandir significativamente el uso de Skype, y este escritor tuvo el placer de ser uno de los muchos participantes en una presentación via Skype de varios álbumes inscritos en Cubadisco.
