Cuba based rap duo, Zona Franka, blends traditional rhythms with the grit and swagger of hip-hop and rap vocal phrasings. Their clever shout choruses create instant tropical dance classics using their unique self-titled "changui con flow" style.

After parting ways with Son 14, Adalberto began changing his style and instrumentation in various ways. Like Irakere, his work of the 80s influenced the development of timba, which in turn influenced his work of the late 1990s and 2000s.
