1979-1983: The Son 14 Period - Son 14 without Adalberto
In late 1983 Adalberto left Son 14 to form Adalberto Alvarez y su Son. Son 14 continued without him, staying very much in the traditional conjunto style. They began recording for the Siboney label. Here's their first album without Adalberto, which we haven't yet heard:
1983 or 1984: Son 14 w/out AA: De una manera mejor
